Urchin (February 17)

Urchin is the directorial debut feature from the Babygirl star, Harris Dickinson. The film premiered at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival as part of the Un Certain Regard section and gained a 5-minute standing ovation. No wonder the film stands tall with a 96 percent critics’ score on Rotten Tomatoes.
The film follows Mike (played by Frank Dillane), a man living on the London streets and struggling with addiction. The cyclical nature of addiction and rehabilitation is explicitly portrayed. Thus, a team is formed consisting of Zora Bennett (played by Scarlett Johansson). Along with her team, they saved the Delgado family, who were found in trouble when some monstrous whales attacked them.
